The unix_oline_bu.sql expects a rep_out/sid directory off of the directory from were it is run. The input is the target directory path. Click Here to view this script.
The unix_oline_rec.sql expects a rep_out/sid directory off of the directory from where it is run. The inputs are the source for the backup file (should be same as target of unix_oline_bu.sql), the tablespace name to recover (or % for all) and the date of the backup in the format: dd/mm/yy. Introduction to Oracle Parallel Server

Oracle's parallel server option (PSO) allows multiple instances, each operating a separate node, to share a single database. Each instance has its own set of shared memory segment (SGA), background processes, online redo logs, and rollback segments. The data file and control files are shared by both instances. Online redo logs and rollback segments acquired by an instance at the startup are written to by that instance only, however, read access is available to other instances as well. DB2 v7 Scrollable Cursors

New with DB2 Version 7, scrollable cursors relieve the developer from managing cursor repositioning to a large extent. However, it does require that all requested rows written to a temporary result table which is lost when a screen is displayed (except when using CICS conversational).
